picnic
I just got a premium account on the photo-editing site Picnik. I am disappointed at how much they reduce the printable size of my photo. However, I am still excited to play around with all the nifty features they have.
As soon as I get my next check, I am going to be buying some more accessories for my camera. I will mostly be looking at lenses like zoom and fisheye. I may buy a few filters. I also really need to get a camera bag and a good lens cleaning kit. I will also hopefully order some more prints and see how those turn out.
LIFE
Well, we all make plans, but life does not necessarily listen to those plans.
I first off have to give respect to those individuals who are able to complete the Project 365. I prefer not to say that I have failed but instead have realized this was not the time for me to embark on such journey.
This past month has been rough. I was able to take pictures almost every day, but I am not able to keep up with the uploading and posting that is so time consuming. Maybe I will try this again another time.
I still hope that I will be able to post on the blog more regularly. Now that I have uploaded so many photos from the month of February, I should be able to post them on here periodically.
I am starting to realize what a crucial time this is in my life. It is not the opportunities of connections and academic endeavors that is the most important. This is the time in my life when I decide who I am. I plan on photography being an integral part of that.
