hell week

I really need it to stop raining every day so that I can go and take some pictures.  Maybe I can get some today.

I really need for the summer to be here.  Allergy season hates me. I need to get through this school year.  I have way too much going on.  WAY TOO MUCH!!  This next week is going to be hell.

I am excited about a few things though.  Register for classes in two days.  My filters arrived at my house, and I am going home next weekend.  Playstation 3 prices are decreasing.  Final Fantasy 13 website is up.  Geeze, I get happy about the most random things.

Dance recital on Thursday and Friday.

Let’s see if I survive this week.

minute

I just had lunch with the Board of Counselors of Oxford College.  This is all the fancy shmansy people that take care of all of the finances at my college.  I was formally recognized for my award of the Judy Greer Scholarship.

I just realized I am doing what I came here to do.  I am accomplishing so much more than I could have imagined.

I need a minute.  I just need a minute to breathe and figure out how I am going to use all of my accomplishments to do what I want.  I have to figure out how to get things done.  I feel like everything is spinning way too fast.  This is not a movie.

i won $5000

That is right.  I won $5000.  I was awarded the Judy Greer Scholarship.  I have an acceptance luncheon tomorrow with the committee and Judy Greer herself.  I am so excited.  The committee is made up of 5 members of the Oxford College class of 1959.  These 5 people were so amazing.  I am also now considered an honorary member of the class of 1959.  This is just so awesome.  I had such a busy day today.  I still have to work until 2 a.m.

sick…again

First of all, thank you so much everybody for all of the comments I have been getting lately.  I will respond to them as soon as possible.  I have barely any time on my hands lately.  Today I got REALLY sick.  i spent about 2 hours on the bathroom floor.  I had to miss a yoga test because of this.  I hate GERD.  When you tell people you have acid reflux, they just assume you have heartburn.  I have much more than heartburn though.  I am going to a GI specialist this summer.  It seems so far away though.

NEWS::

I have an interview for $5000 scholarship tomorrow.  I am one of six finalists, and two are chosen to receive the scholarship.  It may not seem like much compared to the almost $50,000 cost of college per year.  However, I am welcoming any money I can get.

My step-mom said that my filters and lens cleaning kit arrived in the mail.  I am also planning on ordering some prints of my work soon.

I was offered a job at my college over the summer as a Conference Manager.  I will most likely have to turn it down because it will not even pay enough for me to buy food every week and still have money left over from the job.  I would make more money babysitting my younger brother at home.

I plan on going out to shoot on Friday.  We’ll see.
